Using science-based training methods and nutritional guidance to optimize your performance and ensure a safe and effective training experience, we'll guide you through each stage of your journey - from initial preparation to race day, and even help you find the perfect half marathon to compete in. Programming includes: Easy runs, tempo runs, Fartlek training, interval training, long runs, and pace simulation.
